Planning & Design (2014 – 2018) – Complete

• Purchased and consolidated land
• Contracted architecture and engineering firm
• Finalized project program including interior layout & materials for all buildings

Phase 1 (2019 – 2020) – Complete

• Contracted construction firm for site prep & foundation
• Site work complete
• Foundation complete

Phase 2 (2021 – 2023) – In Progress

• Contract construction firm for all buildings
• Shell & core
• Interior Finishings
• Certificate of occupancy

Phase 3 (2023 – 2024)

• Final furnishing
